Team, I am writing to follow up on the urgent matter that I raised in complain with my membership agreement. i have not received any acknowledgement from your team so i am writing this msg again. As I mentioned previously, I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the level of service and communication I have received thus far. Even now I am not getting any response from you guys as well.
To recap, my membership ID is M2734, and I have encountered significant challenges with the booking process, limitations on available destinations, and unexpected fees such as the annual maintenance charges and GST. These discrepancies are not only inconvenient but also contradict the terms and conditions initially discussed during the agreement process.
Given the seriousness of these issues and the lack of responses from you guys, I am left with no choice but to request a refund for the services that was promised but not delivered.
I kindly request that you prioritize this matter and provide a prompt response. I do not wish to force my self to take legal action against you.

I was also approached with attractive offers, promised premium stays with no hidden charges, and was pressured into making a quick payment without being given enough time to properly review the terms. However, when I tried to book later, additional charges were demanded and the commitments made during the sales pitch were not honored.
This clearly feels like a case of misleading sales practices and unfair trade behavior. I completely understand the stress and inconvenience this causes.
I am currently trying to figure out the best way to get a refund. If anyone here has successfully resolved a similar issue or knows the proper process (legal or otherwise) to recover the amount, please guide me.
