TOTALY FRAUD COMPANY
they first called me for free dinner in HOTEL SEROVAR PORTICO INDORE M.P.
The sales person named BHAVIK VADGAME([protected] ) made many false promises to me and took money from me now his phone number is switched off, customer care people are not helping me . they are not giving me any membership id, when i am asking for my money refund they refuse to refund the money also .
I am lodging a police...

Not supporting for bookings

Not supporting for bookings and not refund my money
Dear sir, i have taken a membership. in the name of my wife. last 15-20 days i am continue mailing and calling them for my holiday booking. but then didnt give me a positive responce. some time they told me hotels are booked please chenge your location. after that i had change my location they give me low category hotel. after that i asked for a hotel list to blue mountain company which are tie up by them and also not fully booked. then i choice that place and tell them book my holiday. after just one day they mail me we have no tie up on that place. they not respond me on call or mail properly. please do the needful . member ship I'd smita m2027. Membership k time pe jitna bataya gaya tha usme se ek bat sahi nahi he.
Kitni achhi hotel, Resort bataya gaya tha.

*Ek sath jitni night...

Dear Team,
I also suffer for same i already pay full amount of membership,
last 9 month i sent mails and calls to customer care but no one given propare sollution or not refund amount.
hetal madam and bhavesh bhai (sales team and manager) they infom me no any amount as a interest for emi option, but at last 24000 interest amount charges from me..
i totally disturb whith thaire membership.
i requiest for my booking whenever i take membership thattime thire sales team inform me only 7 days ago i can book my holiday, but now they inform me minimum 21 days ago need to booking. than after i agree with them and i give them other date for booking then after they charge me extra amount, still no one reply and then forclly told me no refund.
what can i do for this?? i totlly disturb

Bluemount is totally a fraud & fake company, sales person not responding from day 1, another person taking call from unknown number, after all wrong commitment, I haven't spent a single day in there resort, taken membership on 4.3.2023 but no any response received yet, finally going to take legal action against the company & wrong commitment, with all recording & evidence....

On 26th March 2023, they called my parents for a budget-friendly family plan to a hotel in Ahmedabad where we live. They told us that they have properties of their own and are also tied up with 4 starts and 5 stars globally. They will make a customized package for us. Agreed to take membership of Blue Mountain Resort and Hospitality for seventy nights all over the world for Rs. 3, 12, 000
through Sales person Bhavika and Manager Shanu Khan at their promotional camp at Udaipur on the following terms
First, complementary all inclusive Maldives trip for 4 nights five days for three adults was offered, which is clearly mentioned on notes and application form. Now they say higher authority has not approved 4 nights 5 days so it will be 3 nights and 4 days and they will give us domestic holiday for two nights and three days, further only two adults Maldives trip has been approved, for third adult they offered to bear air fare from there incentive but third person accommodation will be born by us, which is not acceptable to us.
Secondly Maintanance charges to be paid after six nights seven days holiday, now they say Maintanance charges are to be paid at the time of booking holiday, which is again against the written notes given by Bhavika and Shanu Khan.
Thirdly seventy days holidays were to be used any time till they are finished without any time limit which was thereafter reduced to ten years but on our objection they agreed to remove time limit.
We are attaching the copy of notes and membership application form in support of our dispute This act of Blue Mountain Resort and Hospitality clearly comes in the act of cheating and fraud.
If matter is not resolved in next seven days, will take necessary legal action against you. I am sure you won't like us to do so.

We got invitation from Bluemountain resort and hospitality to attend seminar. We did. At time of seminar there salesperson has promised too many things like rent u will get sure with in 15 days and ownership you are getting and all. When I became member they are not responding. Not picking up phone calls also. I did 52 mail conversation with customer support team but they say it's sales team issue they promise is the extra thing company doesn't provide or involve in this. They bluntly refuse to help also to contact sales team. I said they sale your membership by fake promises than you should do action. But company doesn't care about that. I asked for my refund and cancel membership. I said deduct some amount also for that as penalty like 5% 10% but NO. When you become member than you are trapped. No one listens. I asked for CEO or service head Mail ID but they not provide.

I got a call from Blue mountain resort and hospitality (BMRH) 23/12/2022. They invited me and my husband to attend a programme and have dinner at Hotel RAINANCE AHMEDABAD.. I accepted the invitation. When We go there, TWO representatives SAURBH SOMANI AND MR. JILANI talked to us about their membership plans. He shows us a lot of benefits. He also showed us their certificate of excellence and a video where CM Bhupendrabhai Patel is giving an award to BMRH. First, he explained a membership plan of around 3 LAKH. So I refused it as I am a salaried person who can't bear such a huge amount. So he offered a different membership plan. The total budget is decided finally around 59000/-rs. As we request them to reduce some amount he accepted it and he reduced some amount because they said its DECEMBER 2022 ENDING AND ITS SPECIAL OFFER FOR YOU.final decided 5500/-
He offered me 21+21 days =42 days. after payment 55000 through credit card we insist him to increase day He ACCPET IT and increase days as 50 days .
1. The membership plan is for 3 years and usable for a lifetime OR total 50 days plan
He included in membership: accommodation, breakfast, dinner, pick up and drop all are free. Not a single rupee u have to pay.And my executive SAURBH SIMANANI told us After taking 1st service/trip if you are not satisfied then it can be sold or transferred through them and the whole paid amount will be refunded.Whenever we want to use Membership days, All service taxes will be free for each trip.
2. There will be one complimentary dinner at any five star hotel and it's totally free.
3. He told us to pay after 45 days EMI monthly 1408/- with 0% interest. I asked him 3 4 times about 0%interest and he said yes mam 100% sure. I am not giving u false commitment. but now i check my credit card EMI and it shows an amount of 2600/-. with interest,
After reaching home when I read the terms and conditions and found them it's different, they also did not mention all details like 50 days, free of breakfast, dinner pickup and drop etc…in the registration document.
There was no condition mentioned that we can sell or transfer the membership after a complimentary dinner if we don't get satisfied.
Then we called my executive to cancel my membership. He told us he will transfer money after the welcome call.
After 4 days I got a call from the admin department regarding verification and they asked that all T&Cs are cleared. I talked about all the issues about maintenance fees & other taxis and food . They didn't do verification and asked me to clear everything.
After lots of calls and msgs he didn't pick my call nor reply to msg. And there all are commitment was wrong
Please do the needful to get my money back and stop them from doing this type of fraud with others.

1. I have asked what is the definition of studio room as they are providing me in membership? They told me studio room means SUITE room. I contacted customer care and person said "He don't know what is promised by sales person but studio room means standard room not expect any suite room."
2. Complementary 2NIGHTS/3DAYS and for 3 years validity for complementary is promised by sales person. But in detailed document they written "NIL" in any complementary offer.
3. Sales person promised that BLUEMOUNTAIN has a web portal where you can go through their list of properties. But as I was not able to login on their portal I contacted customer care and again answer is "This is wrong information given to you we don't have any system or web portal like this."
4. Sales person promised us that you can call us anytime when you have any doubt or plan a trip we will do that for you. And Salespersons are disappeared after selling membership.

We unfortunately became member 2yrs back without reading the reviews and was cheated by Blue mountain resorts and Hospitality on basis of false commitment by the company, till date I am trying to book my holiday but in vain. The customer support team Mr Bhavik [protected] is of no use and has dragged my case for so long and now not responding to my calls or mails. I lost my hard earned money. Please help.

BLUE MOUNTAIN RESORT & HOSPITALITY contacted me on WhatsApp and invited me to Richie Rich Hotel, for dinner to explain me about some holiday membership. I agreed and attended the event, The sales representatives told me their membership details, as the membership was not worth it and sales team give some promises for buy membership [like 30000 coupon voucher for flight, dinner cost only 399 for domestic & 499 for international, HOSPITALITY service provide out of India] but after that not provide any services & office manager told me sales team terminate by management.
In above scenario what is my fault, my fault is buy your membership.
I don’t want to connect with BLUE MOUNTAIN RESORT & HOSPITALITY membership
So please give me refund.

I am a full paid registered member of the company. Except the first holiday which we got free as gift there has not been any response on further holidays we want to take. We have tried contacting through all available emails, contact numbers etc.. How do we get a refund of our registration by complaint

Fraud Happened Blue Mountain BMRH 12/10/2021

Dear Team,
I have been cheated from this fraud company and many more people like me has been cheated and no response has been seen from consumer forum. Where do common people like us go when we have been cheated.
I have also purchased this membership after getting lured of such attractive schemes and whatever written in the contract is totally different from what is explained in the seminar.
I have paid a total of 176000 Rs for the membership of total 10years covering 6N / 7D. There are so many hidden clauses written in the contract and by doing fraud they took our signatures. They have wrong intentions so they have mentioned such clauses. I have lost my hard earned money and I need all my money back and severe actions must be taken again such fraud companies so that this never loot other innocent people's.

Done fraud during selling membership

I get a call from Blue mountain resort and hospitality (BMRH). They invite me and my wife to attend a programme and have dinner at Hotel Bagban Kratos Club. I accepted the invitation. When We go there, one representative Mrs Bhavika talk to us about their membership plans. She show us a lot of benefits. She also showed us their certificate of excellence and a video where CM Bhupendrabhai Patel is giving an award to BMRH. First she explained a membership plan of around 3, 50, 000/-rs. So I refused for it as I am a salaried person can't bear such a huge amount. So she offered other membership plan of around 1, 50, 000/-rs. The total budget is decided finally around 95000/-rs. As they deduct some 11000/-rs due to name on my wife and some discount was told due to credit card payment.
They checked my credit card limit and available balance which was around 50000/-rs. So we decided to pay 50000/-rs by SBI credit card through EMI in which first EMI will be deducted after 45 days around 15th of December for 24 months and remaining payment of 45000/-will be paid after completing 24 EMIs.
Offers promised as mentioned below:-
1- Membership plan is for 5 years and usable for lifetime having 6N/7D every year or total 35 days plan.
2- There will be one complementary trip of 2N/3D in India free of cost excluding some part of travel fare or dinner.
3.- After taking complementary trip if you are not satisfied then it can be sold or transferred through them and whole paid amount will be refunded.
4- There will be all service taxes will be free for each trip.
5. Whenever we complete 6N/7D either in 1year or 2 year, after that I have to pay 8999/-rs maintenance fee in which also 50% discount will be given. This thing I confirmed 3 times with her.
After reaching home when I read terms and conditions and found totally different.
As per T&C all taxes during trip vacationer have to pay. Maintenance fee have to be paid whenever either you plan a trip for even only 2N/3D after complementary trip or after 90 days of membership.
There was no condition mentioned that we can sell or transfer membership after complementary trip if we don't get satisfied.
Next day I saw total amount of 50000/-rs deducted from my credit balance.. It means not converted in EMI.
After 2 days I got a call from admin department regarding verification and they asked that all T&C are cleared. I told about 2 issues about emi and maintenance fee. They didn't do verification and asked me to clear all things.
Now after that whenever I talk to representative they always denying.. Sir I never told you like this about maintenance fee.. Now she is saying you have to pay whenever you book a trip for even 2 days.. Sir you are having some misunderstanding..
I went their office also but they are not ready to listen anything.. Saying now money will not be refunded do whatever you can do.. So I still kept on hold my verification and not generated my membership ID.. As if once ID generated then I have to pay my balance amount of 45000/-rs.
Please do needful to get my money back and stop them to do this type of fraud with others.

Please tell me How you get money back because same happened and just check it's s trap.
I was also facing the same issue with and same salesperson and the same commitment she gave me, but after verification and confirmation she asked me I had misunderstood and she never told me like that, I was also stuck in this trap, even though she asked me that I will use this membership in any country but now I know that we only use this membership in Asian Country.

There is no reponse to my complaint. Thereby i am posting it again. Please look in it immediately.
On Oct 10, 2022, I get a call from Blue mountain resort and hospitality (BMRH). They invite me and my husband to attend a programme and have dinner at Hotel Bagban Kratos Club. I accepted the invitation. When We go there, they talk to us about their membership plans. They show us a lot of benefits. They also showed us their certificate of excellence and a video where CM Bhupendrabhai Patel is giving an award to BMRH. The told us a final budget of Rs 250000/-. to which we refused.They asked us if we use a credit card. Since I have two cards I informed them So they reduced the budget to 200000/- because i had hdfc credit card. They also told that since you are a woman we give you this discount. We still didnt agree to 2 lac to which they said we can give you some cashback due to your card and the final amount approved was 171000/-. They asked us my card limits to which i responded and told them that onecard had 35000/- limit and hdfc had 75000/- limit. So they told us that we can pay 100000/- through both the cards by converting it to easy Emi for 24 momths with no interest.The remaining amount they said they will take after this payment gets cleared. i. e.after two years. They assured us that we have to pay our first Emi after 45 days and the amount wont exceed 4166/- ( of both cards).We informed that we did not carry our cards along with us.So they told us if we can tell someone at home to send the picture of the card. They somehow convinced us to buy the membership . After coming back home i realized if i was wrong so just went through google reviews. I found so many negative reviews where people wrote that this is a fraid company looting people. They dont give any benefits which they mentioned while selling their membership. I was worried and reported to hdfc customer care . They blocked my card. I also blocked my onecard through the application and mailed them to reverse thr transaction. But on Oct 12, 2022 I get a mail from hdfc bank about the approval of the EMI along with the repayment schedule where the first EM i payable is just 3 days away i.e. 16 Oct, 2022 that too with an amount higher than they promised. They assured me about being cheated. I called the sales representative of BMRH to cancel my membership to which they refused. They said they can transfer but it will take time.First when I complained about their fake membership due to reading negetive reviews they told us to trust them .They said people give negetive reviews because their ego gets hurt or because they are a competitor. But now when i get the statement from the bank, I am sure that I have been cheated. I cannot trust this fake company.
Therefore i am writing to the consumer care. Please take some strict action so that no more other people like us fall prey to such bogus companies. I request you to help me with this as you are the only hope left. Please help.

Complaint marked as Resolved They have communicated with me by mails and calls and have agreed to give me services which will satisfy me. They have also agreed to give me my interest back. Lets see if they really fulfil the new promises.

My experience with Blue Mountain is nothing but a bunch of people who cheat customer with false promises and stop responding properly once money is in their account. Two representatives, Shanu & Kadir, at Gandhinagar event promised to deliver fully paid package to Bhubaneshwar and Puri of we go for their 5 years plan. However, when email sent to their reservation department, they said that they don't have any hotel tie-up in Bhubaneshwar....
