Blue Mountain Resort And Hospitality — false promise and cheating on the name of holiday packages and travel booking

I am Komal H. Shah from Mani agar, Ahmedabad, Gujarat victim of false promise and wrong commitment from the sales and customer care staff of Blue mountain hotel resort, just a week before. We(Me and My Husband Mr. Himanshu) invited by them on Hotel Lemon Tree, located at Khanpur Ahmedabad at 7:45 PM. We were escorted by their sales person to Hotel's Conference room and asked us to sit for 45 minutes. The Manager Mr. Rahul Sharma introduced us about him and about the company. He took basic details about our name, address, income, DOB, anniversary date etc and asked him superior to deliver us different packages that they are offering. They offered us first 2.20, 000 package, which we denied, they they introduced us 1, 25, 000 package which also we denied. When I told him that we are unable to pay such amount due to low income, he asked me to pay just 65000 through credit card. He told us that we will get 32 days plus he offered us 7 days free holidays also if we pay right now. So I told them that I need to confirm with my husband, and then we both agreed upon. My husband wants to check their creditability so they showed us there office address, websites, property photos and so on. So me and my husband got agreed to pay the amount. The manager also told us that even we accept your booking 4 days ago of your tour plan which we found lucrative and hassle free. We told them that we are planning to visit Kolkata at the end of this month so they told us immediately that once you pay we will immediately booked the property. So we found the offer is much promising and we must have to grab the opportunity. We paid Rs. 65000 through credit card which they said it is convertible with 36 months of EMI. After then they offered both o[censored]s dinner. On the next day when I called Mr. Rahul Sharma that please book my property for Kolkata on 29th June to 30th June 2024. He asked me to wait for the login generation. On the next day after generation of my login, when I asked him to book now, he directed me to customer care or write a mail on mail id. which is [protected]@bluemountainresort.in . So I wrote a mail for the same, but on next day I received reply that booking not available till June and they requested us to book in July, which is not possible for us. So I called up Mr. Rahul Sharma, He assure me once again the he will look into this and ask me to have patience and he will do the needful on next day. But again he didn't replied on next day. Then I called up Mr. Ismail, other manager who invited me, He asked me to wait and asked to connect with Rahul. But till today we are getting just false promised. nothing else. I am sure this is big scam. Please do the needful.
