[Resolved] Blue Star — AC not working properly and after raised a complaint in customer care there is no action since 30days | |||
I bought blue star AC 18months back. one year it worked properly, now outdoor unit started Roaring and Ac not working properly room is not getting chilled . I have logged my 1st complaint on 5th may 2015 and followed many times still no one visited my place today 3rd June 2015. Very pathetic behaviour from cs people always same answer " we will get back to you soon" but no body called me yet... Was this information helpful? | |||

my blue star Ac is still in warranty period but its not working since i bought it..i have made about 15-20 complains but no change in cooling what shall i do now
