[Resolved] Blue Star — Compressor is damaged

SIR,
I have purchased blue star(3 star) window AC on 23rd may 2014 and unfortunately it's compressor was damaged during the installation process, they promise me to change the AC with in 2 or 3 working days but till it's1month and 8 days have gone and they still taking complain and not resolving the problem .I have already three complaints copy.
Please look into the matter
