Blue Star India — Ac not cooling damaged product | |||||
I purchase the blue star ac in may month and after one month faced the cooling problem. And I placed the complaint on 2nd July and today 7th July blue star executive come and check according him gas leakage problem found in ac so I asked him to replace it because this is a damaged product but he refused. And then I talk to shop person from I purchased the ac he also refused to replaced the product . This is very bad service . I am not recommending blue star product. Am not happy with this product or service. Now who is responsible for damaged product If anyone help me so please revert me as soon as possible.
