I have raised a ticket for AC service.
They assigned a technician after 5 days.
The technician not properly checked.
He told like No Gas.
But I previously checked with local service and the compressor was damaged.
The blue start technician said without proper checking like "No Gas"
I request him to check the compressor.
Then he checked and told yes compressor issue.
"What a worst Technician".
Then he asked to pay 15, 000 for the compressor.
I told him the compressor comes under warranty.
He was not accepted and went (I paid the labor charge).
I continuously contact Showroom, Blue start customer care for the next 7 days.
Then received a call from Blue Star service and was told me like "compressor is ready" and it covers warranty.
(What is the logic behind this.!)
He told the technician will come on next day...
Then I daily call and asked them.
They said today the technician will come...
Today is 5ht day...I'd keep calling the blue star...
