[Resolved] Blue Star India — air conditioner 1.5 ton (split) /defect with air blades | |||
Respected sir/madam, This is to report a situation where blue star india denied me to replace the faulty air blade for my ac within warranty period. Inspite of several complaints locked with customer care, service engineers come and say that the part is never manufactured by the company and they can't replace the same. Its the duty of company to replace defective part they sell to customers considering the fault is identified within warranty period. Air blades are of very poor quality and it broke automatically within few days o[censored]se from the date of purchase. Please help us with the replacement. I am very happy with quick service provided from Blue Star India to resolve the issue. Air Blades for my inverter AC (1.5 ton) are now replaced with new Air blades.
