I purchased 2 ton split AC in 2021 and was installed on 14th April 2021. Since then it is having Gas leakage problem. I have done the gas filling 2 times when the product was in warranty and on 10th April 2023 I filled the gas again and Bluestar charged me RS 3500 and bill number for same is B[protected].
I emailed Bluestar regarding the same till data no response from them. Worst company
Its not been month since, again AC is not cooling and gas has leaked. In span of 2 years i have filled the Gas 4 times . This AC is defective
I want replacement unit or i want my money refunded and they can take this pathetic AC back Was this information helpful? |
