I purchased blue star one ton split inverter AC on April, 2018. It worked fine for one year. We do regular cleaning every six months. Since April 2020, Ac is having regular complaints of water leakage, no proper cooling etc. We book customer complaint and they allot PVR SERVICE for service. They come and do some GIMMICKS and AC wouldn't work properly in a month. This is happening repeatedly. Of late, we did service(Gas filling for 3300 rs) on September, 2021, again it didn't work, did service on December (Gas filling and cleaning) and again it didn't work from February, 2022. After repeated complaints to the blue star customer care number (records can be found to be called from [protected]) and delay, they did service on 30th March 2022. We had to pay Rs.4300 as they stated that gas leakage is there again and they have arrested it. Again, the Ac is not working from the very next day.
We are highly annoyed by irresponsible and lethargic service of the service provider, also from the side of blue star for carelessly allotting same service provider after repeatedly asking that we are not satisfied with their service. We happen to pay money unnecessarily for useless service.
Is this a tie up of bluestar and this service provider to loot money from the customer?
When I called the Bluestar Chennai office, they do not even respond properly and rudely cut the call saying call the toll free number. Was this information helpful? |
