Good Afternoon.
I have purchased one Air Cooler from bluestar two year ago.Recently i am trying to start the Air Cooler but there is issue with Blower of the cooler.After that I have logged a complain to Blustar and the service request number is B[protected]. On last Sunday the engineer from Bluestar has visited my home and told me that there is issue with bolwer.I have told him to replace it and he assured me it will be replaced by 3 days.
After that I have called him but there is no response.After i have called PRO Nidhi Chalka but she is totally unaware about the matter. There is no communication between PRO and site engineer, due to that reason the service is getting hampered.
I am requesting you to look into the matter on urgent basis.
