I, subhasis das has bought a air purifier from kalkaji on 13th march and after that night only observe that machine is not working correctly. After switch on pm level showing 350 around then slowly it reduce to 50 or below within a fraction of time again it goes to 280 or 350 or even 550 then again it reduce to 120 or 35.
To make sure it is not working properly in the night all windows and doors remain closed and there is no fan or ac is on also there is no movement as all are sleeping. I started observing that machine work in a same way it automatically goes to 350 or 500 then comes down to 60 or 40 then again went up to 300 and continues whole night.
Next day morning i lodge a complain on 14 march ticket no b[protected]. Technician didn't turn up. Again new complain lodge ticket no. B[protected] on 19th march, technician came and goes back without any response by saying he will escalate the matter.
But no response from any side then new complain raised b[protected] on 26th march. By saying this ticket is for replacement. Again nothing happened.
After 10 days again new ticket raised b[protected] on 5th april. Till date no response.
I bought this air purifier due doctor recommendation for my baby who has acute dust allergy and she is suffering heavily due to this its more than 1 month and i am fed-up with followup for replacement of this device.
I have big trust on the brand but failed miserably. Pls help Was this information helpful? |
