Blue Star India — awful service | |
We trusted blue star movers & packers to store our furniture while we moved from bangalore to mumbai. When we got to mumbai, after 6 months, and took delivery of our furniture all of it was completely wrecked. It had been either been eaten by rats, destroyed or was damp and covered in mould. When we complained, told it was our fault for having poor quality furniture and leaving it in storage too long. Blue star not willing to compensate or make any kind of refund. Zero customer service.
