I have purchased blue star aristo 7 l ro + uv water purifier in november'18. I have faced no any major problem with it, but today fitting of water inlet pipe, which is connected with first filter located outside the assembly, has broken itself. Also i have noticed some abnormal sound and water leakage after last service which was informed to service engineer and prathamesh enterprises too for resolution but till time problem not resolved. Now filteration is totally stopped due to inlet pipe fitting broken. Request you to pl make an arrangement to attend the complaint on sos basis. I will be highly thankful to you.
