Dear sir i have buy blue star edge uv +ro in october 22 / 2018 Within 10 days ro was stop working. Than they replaced my ro after 7 days. I got same new machine. After 15 days to till now it's not working continue more than 15 days. It's not working. I called many times in call centre and service manager they said i will arrange this and that. I have to wait more than 5 to 7 days days everytime without ro water. Again i have to wait to more than 10 days. It's not working. Service man came two times he said we don't have part to change Company will give me than we can do anything. They all are fail in this. I want to replace my machine or refund my amount. I don't know it will work or not. Kindly take urgent action against it because without ro water there are creating health problems also. Thanks Vijay joon Was this information helpful? | |||
