Blue Star India — bluestar representative is refusing to provide the service

Address:QTR NO TYPE C-3/2 IGSTPP,APCPL, NTPC, Jharli dist Jhajjar haryana, Jhajjar, Haryana, 124106

I had purchased the window ac of bluestar. Now ac is not cooling and swing is also making lot of sound.
I had raised my complaint with bluestar official number [protected].
My complaint number is b[protected] and visit was scheduled on dtd 10.05.2019 13:00 hs esa ansh refrigeration.
Service centre is refusing to visit for service and this is two times apprised to bluestar at this number [protected].

May please help in provide necessary justice to the common man.

I am in regular touch with Mr Ankit golden, however Till date, noise issue during swing is not resolved.

I am in regular touch with Mr Ankit gollen, however Till date, noise issue during swing is not resolved.

The service representative charged me Rs 2800 for refilling of gas which is really unjustified. I request bluestar to provide rate list if prescribed by bluestar for refilling of refrigerant in AC.

Secondly, How much refrigerant was refilled in Window AC was not mentioned. There should be transparency in refilling in refrigerant so that no undue charges charged to customer.

Thridly, The Swing noise issue is yet to be resolved. Bluestar representative had assured for rectification of the issue at the earliest during next visit.

It is requested to provided rate list of bluestar for work executed during maintenance of Window AC.

Very pathetic service by Blue star.
