Blue Star India — bluestar split ac not given cooling and customer care and service provider not responding | |||
My bluestar split ac not given cooling so i called to customer care on 16th of may 2018, they register complaint and give ticket number b[protected] (Customer i’d 6009371). After 2 days i received message resolution of complaint from customer care but nobody came to my home for service. This happen again and again. Till date 28/05/2018 i complaint 4 times and nobody responded dealer and customer care both. I really loose trust from bluestar and the dealer at bareilly era radios. I don’t know what happen after writing complaint here. But hope my complaint will resolve soon. Waiting for response... Deepak kumar Mob no. We have purchased the RO Water dispenser for the Company M/S Triphase Pharmaceuticals Pvt Ltd dated on 24/05/2018 & there is Leakage at the Bottom of the purifier, In spite of Getting repaired twice still we have the Leakage at the bottom.

I have brought this AC in the month of March after fixing the AC, Very Next day AC is working..Water leakage inside the AC. IIts waste of my money.
