[Resolved] Blue Star India — Commercial under counter refrigerator

I bought under counter fridge model no- UC2100E of blue star company from Doon Kitchen, Dehradun. This was a brand new product but after few days one of the door collapsed and what we found was that there was tape around the screw which was holding the door. I am not sure that it was a lapse from blue star or doon kitchen but this is unacceptable. After reaching out to Doon Kitchen and Blue star no one has solved this problem and its been 2 weeks now.
