Blue Star India — complaining regarding the repair of split ac | |||
Complaint has been registered on 15th feb 2020. Ticket s[protected] for product: ac - room air conditioner - split. After repetitive mails and call also, bluestar team didn't resolved the issue till today 01 mar 2020. I had faced the same problem twice in last 08 months and same response both the time. Last time complaint done on 12.07.2019 and complaint resolved on 27.07.2019 after multiple call and mails. Service ticket number.
