Blue Star India — Complaint for brand New AC Ticket No. B[protected] | |||
I purchased a Blue Star 1.5 ton split ac on 27/03.2021. So after one month my ac was not cooling properly so I raised a complaint and booked a ticket (B[protected]) for split ac service times but no response and not even a single call from service provider. So I called customer care and I got the number for the service provider. I called them and they said they will send an engineer for service after 3 to 4 days. but not attained by them. So I booked my first complaint on 22nd April 2021. Now almost 20days but still my complaint is pending. I called them so many times and raised complaints. They only said we will register your complaint on a high priority basis but not worth it. We support our India Brand but when we need support from Indian brands they never do a good job. Please check the following details and sort out my problem. Still if you are not able to provide service then we have to take a strict step against Blue Star. I wish you will do your best so we will proudly support our Indian brand. With reference to Ticket no B[protected] the technician visited today and has found the PCV nonfunctional and need to be replaced. I have purchased two ACs a month back and used only twice. I don't want to replace the PCV but I want to replace the whole Indoor unit. please find the technicians feedback comment form and related pictures for future references.
