45 days passed after complaint about E6 error lodged on 31.3.22 .Initial ticket no B[protected]
2nd Ticket they gave after year ending- B[protected].
Problem : in 45 days they came thrice(Task Solutions of Nagpur).
1st- declared Indoor pcb to be changed & ordered through system
2nd came with wrong pcb
3rd came with correct pcb but could not start the AC .& told outdoor pcb may be faulty. Told that pcb ordered.
Dont know when it will be rectified?
I want highest authority to be informed please for proper action for huge delay & inability to find out problem & to give relief in summer Was this information helpful? |
