Hi, Last year I have purchased blue start inverter AC from day 1 i am facing issue of water leakage n ice formation and no one is here to listen to the customer. Calling your customer care from last 3 days no one is giving me proper solution. From morning i am taking follow up from your technician and he is keep saying we are coming he is saying we are coming now at 7 o clock i called him for last followup and he is saying no one is coming if you want to complaint do it. We will come tomorrow morning. This type of cutomer service we are expecting from BLUE STAR. Worst product in the world and worst after sale service. Thanks Was this information helpful? | |
