Blue Star India — inverter split air conditioner commissioning delay | |||
I bought a 2 ton split inverter air conditioning unit from rathna fan house on 7/2/20. The technician came to install it on 9/2/20. After installation the unit is not working. It is showing e6 error code. The technician was not able to solve the problem immediately. He has left saying somebody will come tomorrow (10/2/20). This is a disappointing customer service from blue star ltd. The unit is not working on the very first day and there is utter callous attitude in commissioning the unit.
