Blue Star India — non functioning of centralized ac system for the last 10 days

Dear Sir / Madam,

Greetings !!

It is to bring in your kind notice that our centralized AC system is not working for the last 10 days & engineers had visited thrice to resolve this problem but could not fix till now . Our office work is suffering hugely & staff is bound to sit under the trees . Requested to fix this problem asap.
