Blue Star India — non replacement of product and not attending to customer request | |||
I have purchased blue star split 1.5 ton AC during the month of April 2018. Main board of outdoor unit was burnt in the month of June 2018. It was replaced after despite lodging of complaint with customer care. Again the outdoor unit burnt in the month of June 2019. When it was checked by the technician power supply is well but the technician simply informs its due to fluctuation. When power supply is well why the fluctuation is being frequently occurring in my system. The company has no answer and till date the equipment was neither repaired nor the technician given suitable reply regarding fluctuation. I have facing difficulties due to burning if main board of outdoor unit time and again as the system has not been put into use regularly. Was this information helpful? | |||
