Dear Sir Please be noted that I have purchased a 1.5 TON AC vide Web Order ID #[protected] dated on[protected]. Till date I didn't get any response from your side pertains to status of my order except one single communication on the Booking Date that my order will be dispatched with in 5 to 8 Working Days. On my enquiry I have been receiving an email from [protected]@bluestarindia.com stating that my request has been forwarded to the concern department, but no further update has yet been given to me.
