I am writing to raise a formal complaint against Blue Star India regarding their poor after-sales service and negligence in resolving a service request.
I recently purchased a Blue Star Air Conditioner. Within a very short time of installation, the unit started showing cooling issues. I raised a service request through their official channel on May 25, 2025, with Ticket Number: B[protected].
It has now been over a month, and despite multiple follow-ups via customer care and other channels, no technician has visited, and the issue remains unresolved. There has been no response, no update, and absolutely no accountability from Blue Star’s side.
This kind of delay and unresponsiveness is unacceptable, especially from a reputed brand. It has caused extreme inconvenience and reflects a total failure of their customer service system.
I request the concerned consumer forum authority to take necessary action against Blue Star and direct them to:
Immediately send a technician to resolve the issue, or
Replace the defective unit if it cannot be repaired promptly, and
Compensate for the mental harassment and discomfort caused due to their negligence.
