[Resolved]  Blue Star India — Been 4 days no tracking I'd provided , website still showing unfulfilled.

I purchased an AC on 22 November 2025 (Saturday). Today is 27 November (Thursday), and I still have not received any update on the dispatch of my order.

At the time of purchase, I received an email stating that the product would be delivered within 5–6 working days. It has already been 4 working days, but the order status on your website still shows “Unfulfilled”, and I have not received any tracking ID.

I have been calling customer support almost every day, but all I am told is that it will be “done soon.” This is causing a lot of inconvenience, and I am now genuinely worried about the delivery, installation, and servicing process, considering the delay just in dispatch alone.
