Bought this on March 2021, no installation provided by the team, I was only contacted after a complain that too almost after a week when of receiving the AC.
Service was provided only once, 2nd time my ticket got raised but I never got the service
Now my AC is not working at all just 1.5 months I got it checked from a local person they said the condenser is not working.
When I contacted blue star they said I’ll be provided service ASAP I don’t know what is this asap how can you make the customer wait when he is literally paying for your product and services.
You can’t commit on providing installation, can’t provide service and when asked for service after warranty you say ASAP. Please define what is asap as per my knowledge it can be an hour and could be an year too
If I would have know that blue star has such pathetic service I would never buy your product I feel stuck now should have bought Daikin instead you guys should definitely learn from them regarding customer service
And please do train you employees on how to handle complaints and provide a solution Was this information helpful? |
