[Resolved]  Blue Star India — Poor Customer Service for attending call

Yesterday i spoke with Blue Star customer care toll free service center person. He Confirmed that visiting charge and cleaning charges are same only 500rs for Blue Star invertor AC . If anyother fault it additional to pay. I called them only for cleaning services.i received ticket on my call. It assigned to vasantham enterprise. Today they called me and told me that visiting charge is 500 and 190 for cleaning charges total 690rs.i try to reach blue star customer care to clarify this issue but toll free [protected] my call is not answered 18 min 20 seconds finally i cut the call due to no response.

It's completely unacceptable.
