The service engineer visited my home on 8th May 2020. He inspected AC and he suggested need to do full-service and informed me that one condenser needs to be replaced. They informed me that I need to Pay Rs. 1700 INR and I agreed on the same.
The service engineer's committed me that he will pick up my AC to his service center on Monday, 11th May on 10 AM and I need to arrange a vehicle to collect AC from my home. I arranged the van on 11th May 10 AM and i called the service engineer and vasantham enterprise office number as well . But i couldn't get the response till 1 PM. I paid Rs.500 for the van which I arranged to collect AC personally
I called the service engineer later 11th May evening, He suggested me to speak with vasantham enterprise owner. I spoke with owner and he committed me that the service engineer will pick up my AC today (13th May). I was following up with them from 8th May to 13th May. I spoke with owner on yesterday (12th May) and i requested him that let me know if you won't be able to pick up my AC for service. He assured me that my AC will be serviced today.
When i call the service engineer today, he suggested me to get the service from outside. I didn't expect this much false commitment from any of my other Home appliance service provider. Past one week I was unable to sleep without AC. If they would have told me on the first day itself, I would have reached other service provider on 8th may itself . They wasted my time and money Rs.500 due to their false commitment. I was following up with them for the week. you won't, believe me, I made 28 calls starting from 8th May.
I'm really disappointed about their poor service and they provided false commitment. I would suggest you to throughout them from your service dealer contract.
I never buy and recommend to not buy any Blue-star product to others. Was this information helpful? |
