Blue Star India — Reg: of ac mechanic not attend for my complaint

I bought blue star ac last three months before. Its function is good but indoor unit door close improper.
I off power button through remote but outdoor unit is running contineusly.

I register my complaints two times by phone. Technicians contact me today i come. But there is no response, and not attend and solution my complaints.
I need help this problem

I have a issue with indoor board complaint desperation out leak, indoor remote is not matching, capacitor is not working fine ..i have complained this issue many times to customer care there is no proper response from bluestar please ...i request some one to please take care of this issue to resolve it ..ASAP.
