Blue Star India — repair ticket not resolved - 4 months | |
Hi, We bought a blue star water purifier. With in 5 months after purchase, product had become defective. Registered a complaint back in march (Registered mobile no - [protected], customer name - thangavel). Still not resolved. They are giving late reasons & have visited our place twice, spent couple of hours by bringing wrong part. Same scene happened again. Spoke to customer care more than 10 times.
