We have made the complaint to customer care on 06.06.2017 for one split Ac not working but till date one a person visited the premises after much followup after that he informed quotation will be send to you. But today after much followup he demanded rs 6600/- for repair which include the cost of instalation rs1500/- gas charging 2700/- capacitor 750/- and stand rs750/- When i ask him why installation charges you charge he replied we have charge labour charges for repairing the your ac. You can complain to any one. If this is so how your organisation work. Pl take siutable action against m/s aman refregration maujpur delhi mob.[protected], [protected]. I got a damaged item...either side of freezer has some damages...interior is fyn...but I'm not happy about the outer part...I didn't expect this from your side., please try to resolve the issue and make sure that good is done...please please n please...
