[Resolved] Blue Star India — the worst ac product and after sale service | |||
My registered complain ticket number is b[protected] named dr. Archit shah from ahmedabad, gujarat region. It was registered on 25th sep, 2017. The problem is regarding compressor of ac which comes under the warranty. Despite o[censored]nlimited calls there is no replacement or service providing from your side. Before sale you behave as if customer is a king but after sale blue star company made us helpless customer. We are totally dissatisfied with the answers from your customer care executives. Blue Star is a very bad company...I purchased 1ton ac BI3HW12SATU from dombivli on 15.3.19 but after installation there was no cooling at all...Then the installatiom guy told us that there is no gas because company has forgot to fill gas...It is really a shocking..At last our dealer was ready to exchange and give us new one...But company is not ready...Very bad experience with bluestar

i bought a new A/C on 25/08/17, outdoor cabinet damage when its delivered by the JR AGENCIES, THIRUVOTTIYUR, CHENNAI-600019, past 1 1/2 month i inform to the blue star services, there is no response from them, what is the next step i go to your boss.
