I am rajeshbhai b gandhi from bharuch gujarat.I have not received uan no and eps ppo account no.I have been working in blue star from 01/10/1988 to till now but blue star and epfo office bandra mumbai not given uan no and eps ppo no till now not received.Blue star having own epf trust at mumbai.Epf trust no is mh/ban/004324/00x but till now not issued my uan no and eps ppo no also.My trust epf no is mh/004324/00x/0070389 and eps -account no is -mh/ban/004324/00x/004919 and 004939.Please give me epfo -uan no and eps -ppo accounts no.I have been completed 33 years in the blue star.
