Hi, We purchased the water cooler from m/s trade cool corporation pvt. Ltd, kolkata-700012 on 10th june'19 for our housing complex. It started malfunctioning within a short span of time. Repeated complains made to customer care vide, a) b[protected] dated 21/06/19, b) b[protected] dated 27/06/19, c) b[protected] dated 08/07/19, d) b[protected] dated 16/07/19, e) b[protected] dated 22/07/19, but without any result. Now they are asking to pay the amount of replacing the filter. How can this be justified as far as the branded new item. After sales service is pathetic. I would like to draw the attention on this laxity of customer care by whom the repute of blue star like brand name is degraded. We are also disgusted & repenting of purchasing the item.
