As you could see that for a single issue which is still there(no change in the issue), 3 tickets have been opened and closed and also I paid around 4200 in total.

Still they wants me to pay 4736 rupees.

Why so? Why the main cause of the issue wasn't found earlier?

I need a acceptable resolution for this asap.
