Blue Star India — worst customer service, unethical people | |
We have bought this ac last year in may 2018, today we called them for service and they said that wires of slpit part got cut down by mouse, when we checked the wires it shows that wires are burnt, i have showed this to there representative and he tried to cut burning effect from wires. The behaviour of mr simranjeet singh sent by five star company for service was unethical, he was giving us false information and he was rude too. At the end of communication he said that he says only things that are being told to him by his company. Now they have given us 7 days time to replace the part. Hope that this time there won't be need to deal with such a person. Was this information helpful? | |
