Complaint marked as Resolved After i logged a complaint here, it was escalated to the escalation department. To my wonder, things happened in lightning fast after that. Some sales manager called me immediately and got people for servicing.
He assigned technicians from "Kavi Enterprises" and got it done with 4 hrs on the same day.
Thanks to all the people behind this and made it happen.
Seems the problem is with the service partner "Sona Enterprises"
Blue Star India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
