I have purchased 2tonne split ac 2 years back with extended warranty.
I asked for servicing of ac in March 2023.
their service person visited on 5th April and filled the gas and it was not cooling
It started showing Error E6.
I was told that PCB is to be replaced which is out of stock.
It was replaced but with still not cooling.
I was told that there is high voltage 251 V hence AC can not support as it is inverter AC .( While my other Acs are working perfectly alright )
I got it checked by Voltage stabilizer and Lineman who informed that voltage is in range.
I again approached Blue star service team who visited on 15th May once again and informed that another PCB to be replaced which is out of stock.
When I approached for early repair as even after nearly 2 months my AC is not in operation.
Today one of their service person approached me and informed that it is because of voltage problem.
I made numerous call /email to customer care but in vain.
Meawhile my complaint was removed from their portal
I am really fed up and look forward for a proper solution.
