HiTeam,

I have purchased water purifier and after installation they said you will get call or mail regarding maintenance after 4 months i got a mail that my service is done without visiting my house (mail me fake service record on my mail id ) and when i tried to call customer care service executive they guys said they dont know anything about that and they dont have my product details in her system and they guys speak like sorry we cannot help you. her name is trista and his manager name simon.
