Bunch of cheap people to deal with. Customer Complaint :: S[protected] and S[protected]
After they make a commitment and do not turn up, I just told him you should have given me a call before rescheduling the time, how would I know? Technician says I am busy i am not coming now "I don't care, do what ever you want to do, write a email or complaint, my name is Krishna"
After some serious complaints, other guy comes and takes away remote and PCB of my AC and doesnt turn up till i keep raising complaints. After a week i get my PCB (still damaged) and no remote for another TWOWEEKS. Repeated calls and emails give my remote back and its more than a month that the actual PCB issue stays as it was when I have raised a complaint.
Local service managers behave like a rowdy on calls.
Overall I still dont know who can help me with these Bluestar customer service guys / should I call rowdys.
