[Resolved] Bluestone.com — Next day delivery is a cheat

I have made an order on assurance from bluestone order item id: 227174 to be delivered on my moms bday. However they have called me on the day of delivery at 630 in the evening that they cannot deliver the product. While asking where the vendor located they have not provided me with correct information as i was ready to collect it from them. Such a lame service they have provided cheating customers trust.

They have followed up with bluedart who was suppose to deliver the product but expected the delay. I finally got my product by 8pm.
