I have my a/c with bma since 2014, client code 38720027.
I have my securities managed by bma, through mr kulwant kumar (Franchise).
I have tried no of times to contact him through mail and his mob no [protected] but he does not respond.
I contacted your borivali office and spoke to mr piyush singh but there is no positive result so far.
I requested borivali office to send my securities details but still no positive result.
May i request for intervention at the highest level for the following favors:
1. Meeting with mr kulwant kumar immediately to resolve the pending issues and give me update on my securities.
2. Take action on the poor service provided by concerned staff incl mr kulwant kumar.
Request for an immediate update on the issue.
