[Resolved] BMTC Bus Service — Not stopping on dedicated stop and not giving proper change | |||
Dear sir/madam, I would like to bring to your kind notice that in google route map and description we find BMTC stop in front of PES Engineering college, Hosur Road, but till date none of the BMTC bus stop in front of PES college, after Hosa Road jn., bus stop directly they stop to Konnappana Agrahara bus stop. Kindly request you to look into this matter seriously, because if they stop in front of PES college it would be very helpful for the people going for job and school to board bus from PES college. Also please see to it while return i.e. towards Silk board the BMTC give stop opposite to the PES college, that will be in front of White feather convention hall/ Greenview hospital. Kindly look into this matter seriously. Waiting for your fast response. Also other matter I would like to bring to kind notice is change problem. This is the matter in BMTC bus increasing day by day. Bus conductors will never give Rs. 1 or 2 change to the passengers, they just write at back of the ticket or ask from the passengers for the change. Now every time we won't carry change with us most of the changes will get over for bus itself. If suppose we ask for the change to the conductor, both conductor and driver will speak rudely and rudely they ask us to get down from bus when we reach the destination. Sir kindly see to this matter very seriously and on top priority. Because passengers are facing problem on this issue a lot. Otherwise what they do if two persons are getting down on same destination and both as to receive change from conductor what the conductor do he will give change in one person had and ask other one to take from him. Now at night 9:30/ 10 PM where there will go for change and its not necessary that if they get down on same stop there route will be different, now they can't go at back of one for change, its conductor responsibility to provide proper change for the passengers. Sir kindly look into this matte seriously and request you to take immediate decision on this. Waiting for your fast response to solve this matter. With referce to your complaint this is to inform that every day BMTC has deployed line checking staff in 3 shifts to conduct surprise line check to determine the on filed lapses.
Further please provide vehicle number / date & time of the incident to identify those who are not giving authorised /desiganted bus stops & not issuing proper change & ticket.
