[Resolved]  Bmtc — the bus driver and conductor did not stop at my stop

I was travelling in the bus ( KA 01 FA 2097 ). I boarded at Presidency University at 2:55 pm and have to get down at puttenhali.. The driver did not stop the bus at Puttenhalli bust stop and when I asked him to stop the bus in bust stop the conductor said that I’m talking in my phone and so that he can’t stop in puttenhali bus stop and and the driver slowed down and stopped the bus near railway hospital . But while I’m getting down he started the bus and because of which I had fallen down from the running bus and I have got minor head injury.. By law I have actually entered into a contract where it is the duty of the conductor to ask the driver to stop the bus at my bus stop.. failing so will result in breach of the contract and also in this case the harassment is also being witnessed.. Thereby I request you to take necessary action against the driver and the conductor. Failing so will lead in suing against BMTC..
