Dear Sir,

On 15.06.2019 8.30 AM, my car was picked up for service at Ambathur KUN BMW workshop. By noon I was asked for the mail id and it was given. I was not aware why I was asked the mail id. Evening again the service advisor Kishore called me and reconfirmed the mail id. I was waiting for the vehicle to come back on the same day as usual. At 8 PM when I called the service advisor he simply answered saying I have not replied to their mail so the vehicle was not serviced.

Since I wanted the vehicle for my use on Monday I told them to send back my car today and it was delivered back without any service done. Such lethargic attitude of staff I did not imagine in BMW workshop. This is not the first occasion I am experiencing this. All out there are very arrogant and least bothered about customers satisfaction. They hardly pick any calls and reply stating that they were in a meeting.

I do not want to service my car at KUN. Do you have any other authorized service center in Chennai? What corrective action you would be taking for this issue? So much of my time is wasted by sending my car and getting back and so on and so forth. Now my vehicle is service overdue.

Hello, I’m consultant vascular surgeon in Bangalore . I had bought new BMW X3 on 9th May 2019 at Navanit motors Bangalore. I was assured permanent registration of vehicle at time delivery or within a month. After one month my vehicle is not permanently registered and unable to take out car. I don’t have spare vehicle and I may have to visit hospital at odd hours where availability of cabs is difficult. One executive Mr Guruprasad Rao is very rude and challenging me do whatever I want. Iam going through hardships without vehicle and looking forward from esteemed car maker a solution, so consumer won’t get cheated like this instead of both oral and email commitment

I have taken fiancé for my X6 from BMW India and I missed my 2 emi’s in the month of jan they repossessed my car and sells the same to BBT without any information. I am calling them since March to pay my pending emi’s but I didn’t receive any response. I am receiving back date notice from there advocate for which I have send many mails to BMW finance but not receiving any reply.

This is the worst possible experience i have ever had. I am motivated enough to never buy a bmw ever again nor am i going to recommend your car to anybody else. I regret buying a bmw which i had heard so much about. The dealership does not care about the customers complains.
Never ever again would i purchase a bmw and i am going to sell my car. The service executives never respond and the customer cannot keep trying if they never respond.

We had done a booking of bmw x-1 car by paying rs.51, 000/- at navnit motors andheri west, mumbai.

Subsequently after applying for a loan, they could rejected our application and booking was cancelled, we gave them a letter for refund and cancelation of the booking. But even after numerous calls, visit and emails, till date they have not given us the token booking amount back. Its more than 3 years now?

We are really fedup of this attitude from their employees, this is pure cheating and we as customers are helpless.

Please let us know the process of recovery from these cheaters.

I am a 5 series owner since jan'17, the car has done about 18, 000 kms so far.in the last year or so, i have sent my car at least 4 times to infinity workshop for rewiring on account of rat bites. I can assure you that i have taken every possible step in trying to prevent rat bite - regularly changing parking slot, sprayed rat repellant around the area etc.. About one-month ago, i got the car rewired at infinity motors, worli workshop, however, two days ago, when i drove the car to the same workshop because of some warning on dashboard, i was told of another rat bite. It has been most frustrating for me to keep paying for this problem, especially so since it is now the 5th time. I have sent the car to turbhe workshop twice for rat bite rewiring.

While i appreciate infinity motors offering 10% discount, frankly, i have already spent rs. 50, 000 or so on so many re-wiring services, let alone the days that i have been unable to use the car as a result. I would request bmw india to offer some respite, addition to 10% that infinity motors has offered, in this instance. I would most appreciate if you can do something. I would not normally not ask for such assistance, but, it is too much to keep paying like this.

Mr. Rajiv joshi from bmw india, delhi had been so kind as to assist with expediting some repair on my car in the past. I will be obliged if he could intervene as well.

I am at my wits end as to how to prevent the problem going forward & any suggestions for your side would be welcome.

I purchased bmw 328i sportsline petrol in 2013. Done only 30, 000 km. Car number dl1cq 1669. It was serviced at authorized bmw deutche moteren moti nagar delhi on 25 january 2019. Suddenly in may 2019 it had starting problem (Ignition issue). And showing fog lamp failure. After repeated attempts it started but engine was missing and giving jerks (Misfiring). I took to the company deutche moteren moti nagar delhi and they diagnosed actuator problem. It was duly replaced but problem is still persistent. Now they are recommending dme change. This car has done only 30, 000 km. It seems there is some inharent manufacturing defect in the part and needs proper checks and if found so needs recall for free kindly look into the matter sympathetically and do the needful as bmw is known for quality and best services for their esteemed costumer. Vehicle is at bmw deutche moteren moti nagar delhi as of now

Myself dr. Rajat garg using 320 d.. My complaint is regarding your door handles which got sticky to hold as its rubber is melting.. Such embarassing situation to get someone sit in my car.. I'd never seen this in any car even cheap to cheap brands.. For same i'd contact krishna automobiles and they sent me 24000 quotation for handle replacement saying after 50 % discount.. I will not pay for this at all and request you to get those handles replace foc, as i bought bmw for brand reputation and if this is the quality you people are providing that the rubber just melt off than you should better shut down... Sending you photographs of the same we are using handles with cloth wrapped on it.. My second complaint is i got two tyres replaced in 2018 from krishna automobiles and recently when i faced problem with those tyres i went to some car dealer in my city and they shiwed me that out of two tyres one is 2015 manufactured. Within 3 years even the tyre was not used but rubber got dry and causing problem within 5000 kms, so i want those tyres to be replaced..
