I am the proud owner of a bmw 520 d - white color with the registration number – ap31tv0099.
It is a taxi vehicle and i have a clientele that most people cannot boast of in visakhapatnam.
I am and have been facing a very irritable issue, which is minor but is not being resolved.
Four months ago this issue arose (Where the vehicle is getting started after 15 attempts) and with no workshop in vizag, we towed the vehicle to vijayawada and we spent 25000/- and the issue still persisted. We sent the vehicle and trusted the showroom people when they told us that the issue was resolved. Till today we are facing the same issue and the technician comes, checks the vehicle and leaves after doing some minor adjustments.

Now, when we talked to them they are expecting the vehicle to be towed to vijayawada and i will end up with a hole of another 25000/-
The issue being minor, i hope it can be resolved immediately and small vendors like me are encouraged to further expand their luxury segment in their fleet.
I am very disappointed by the unprofessional handling of the issue and hope you can look into this and resolve it immediately.

I had purchased one bmw 5 series (520 d) in august 2011. The vehicle was under service warranty for 5 years. All the services were performed as specified till date at m/s. Platino classic kochi. Last week one lady called from them and offered a free check up for the vehicle. After checkup they told me that the turbo of the vehicle is damaged and it will cost approximately rs. 2 lakhs to repair it. My car has done hardly 90000 kms only and i could not understand how a engine gets damaged so soon. I was told when i purchased the car that the engine would have no complaints up to 5 lakh kms. I cannot afford to run the vehicle spending so much money. I doubt about the genuineness of the defect. So it is humbly requested that the said defect may if any may be rectified at your own cost. The vehicle is at the workshop of m/s. Platino lassic and until a solution to the problem i am not ready to take back it from there.

I am having bmw x3 with service and warranty contract. Car and contract was purchased from parsoli motors, ahmedabad. My car is due for the service but parsoli motors has refused as they have closed down business.

Kindly let me know where and how i can get service of my car bmw x3? Should i stop driving it? If so company will provide me alternate car for my daily moments?

I have already written email for the same and had talk with mr mukesh kandpal, bmw india customer service four days back. However he has not solved my problem. Is this way bmw india work after taking 4 years advance money from the client for the service? Hi, my name is siva prakash, i own a bmw gt car, i was traveling from coimbatore - bangalore, when i was crossing salem city (Near omalur) i met up an accident, a bus came and hit me on the right side of the car, luckily there was no damage for us, but the car got heavy damage, the right side door was gone and the mirror in the right was completely broken and the front bonnet was heavily damaged and lights were also broken, i just want to know why has air bag not been opened during, what is the purpose of it? When the air bag can’t open for this kind of accident, then when will it open? We have thought high budget cars give great safety, but it’s wrong, i want to make a big complaint about this! I will add the photos of the damaged car! Am very sad and also angry about this

I am the managing director of arnon trading private limited. I own a bmw 640d bearing registration tn 02 ax 9001. I have given my service for change of roof glass which got damaged in due to unforseen reasons. I had given my vehicle for service on 08th of december 2017. To my surprise it's almost 2 weeks and they could even replace the glasses. I feel sorry to see such kind of service delays from bmw. I am almost without back up for my vehicle from past 2 weeks using uber. The reason is stated as this vehicle is high end and sparsely sold. My suggestion would be to stop selling such models where you cannot give service to such vehicle. I think i should buy a bmw 3 series as the company is worth providing servicing to such smaller cars only.

In this world of digitalisation where in amazon is delivering products on the same day does it take 2 weeks to get a glass change for a premium segment. I feel annoyed seeing such a service from bmw.

My car (Bmw 320i - 2009 model) met with an accident on 28th august 2017 and was sent to infinity motors in turbhe mumbai. Vehicle did not start as the air-bags were blown and found the vehicle to be in working condition after the security sensors were shut off. Bmw verified all the electricals and the vehicle was kept in the workshop for repairing. After 2.5 months and spending 7 lakhs, the vehicle was released in november with a battery problem. The battery drains overnight and infinity motors is insisting on getting it replaced with only a reason that it is more than 3 yrs old. When the car was inspected during admission to the workshop no electrical problems were detected and since i've got the vehicle, we have a starting problem every day. The voltage was checked and found to be proper with good charging conditions. The entire engine was removed and re-mounted which could have caused battery leakage issue. Now bmw is asking me to pay more for getting this fixed. I need to have a complaint launched against infinity motors for messing up my vehicle.

I can't afford bmw as i find difficult to maintain bmw.

My family owned four cars namely skoda yeti, mahindra suv, audi a6 and bmw x1 m-sport. Out of four, i can't afford to maintain bmw x1. My vehicle number is tn59 bq 4455 which was purchased on[protected]. I paid insurance amount rs.1, 39, 472 (Icici lombard) during purchase of my bmw vehicle through bmw madurai dealer. Later, i paid rs.1, 45, 000 to bmw dealer towards service back-up for next three years. On 13 nov 2017, i paid rs.1, 36, 110 towards insurance (Full insurance, bumper to bumper, icici lombard). On the same day, i paid rs.29, 795 towards bmw secure certificate. Accidentally, on 8 dec 17 bmw x1's right front tyre was damaged. When i approach the dealer, they said, i have to pay 50 % for the purchase of tyre (I. E rs18, 617-)
I paid the amount.

My question is, when i paid rs.1, 36, 110 as insurance and rs.29, 795 as bmw secure certificate and rs, 1, 45, 000 as service back-up, why i need to pay rs.18, 617?

As i find difficult to maintain bmw with kun motors, i have decided to sell my bmw x1 as earlier as possible.
