I am dr. Himanshu yadav. I have bought bmwx1 from libra autohaus. Delhi. On 14 th november2017. On very first day with in 20 hours of buying the car, the tyre of my car bursted while driving at a speed of 70km/hr on its own without any accident. This disbalanced my car. I somehow controlled it. Very same day on 16 th nov i sent the car to libra autohaus for change of tyre.
They after inspecting stated that axle of the car is damaged and said that car is accidental. Though i know there was no accident, and there is not even a single scratch on the car. How is it possible that axle broke without accident. I told them its a manufacturing defect but they did not agree. Still i asked them to repair it as soon as possible under insurance cover.
Now my car is with them since 20 days and nothing is being done. But now i can not bear with this attitiude any more.
I demand - 1. That i shud get a new car as it was a manufacturing defect of bmw.
2. I am compelled to take the matter to court to fight the case that my car is not accidental and its companies defect
3. I am also compelled to bring this matter to media and light, so that people come to know that we can not trust even a brand like bmw.

Kindly take immediate strict action in this matter and let me know. Else i will have no option to take the media and legal course. I am harassed to the core by bmw brand and libra autohaus and its staff.

I am also adding photo of car post tyre burst, which does not show any accident. It has scratches below which developed after axle broke and disbalance. How is it possible technically to break axle without a scratch on car front.

Is it true...

I have been receiving messages that i have won a lottery of 3 crore rupees and they are claiming to be of bmw company they have sent me message to my mobile number from two different numbers they have asked me to provide my details such as phone number age email etc so i am writing a complaint about this to stop this fraud business as soon as possible and also i am attaching photos of the messages and the email i have received so i request that this message would be forward to the delhi authorities and a serious action should be taken against such fraud people i have also received a call this morning that i am i lottery have been shipped to delhi and if i pay 22400 rupees for gst taxes then they will deliver the winning price to my home

I have received the email and sms regarding lottery winner. Is this true or just trying to loot us?? I saw similar emails in the complaint box but no one care to reply it. I want to ask the administrator to clear the matter and if its fake than should take action on it immediately also broadcast the news in all channel. I also urged the administrator to punish the culprit who tried to play with the feelings of people.

Already i had paid rs.8000 fr generating ecard, 5800 fr document verification, then they said me this is final amount pay 25500 fr job security deposit, accommodation then they will release offer letter by 4pm on wednesday, i have done all the above one, but i received mail called "letter of indent" but that us password protected, so i dropped mail many times asking password fr tat file, that time hr mr. Verma said need to deposit more 22500 fr insurance, accommodation, offer letter. The same recruiter said fr 49000 still didn't get offer letter so i decided to cancle my job offer so hr mr. Verma said it ll b refund within 45 to 60 days. But it had been more than 10days i dint get any of the refund back

Defective and substandard product.

I have been driving the new bmw 530d m sports since 20 jul 2017 and have driven around 2500 kms till date in urban good road condition.

On a long drive from asansol to kolkata on 11 oct 2017, while driving at a speed of around 70 kmph the front right tyre burst from the sides thus causing the vehicle to destabilise and start wobbling. What a harrowing experience. Reached home with spare tyre at 0200 hrs in the morning.

The highway road is nhai maintained and one of the best in this region. The vehicle is maintained immaculately. Tyre pressure was checked on 9th oct afternoon during refueling.

The tyre like many others of bmw for quite some time, as per available write ups in twitter and other media burst. And surprisingly if there was a leak or fall in tyre pressure the on board computer would have warned well in advance. None of this happened as the question of low pressure does not arise.

Now that i have intimated the dealer of the same, the first reaction is that it was our fault as the tyre pressure must have not been maintained.

Then the availability of a replacement. Not available in the near future. Best option go for a tyre of a different make. Service engineer suggests you change just the burst tyre with pirelli ones available after 19th october and pay the difference in price.

On querying i get to know that insurance will cover the tyre expense of the burst tyre. Why should i claim insurance and how have you decided that this is an accident or owners fault when you have not even seen the car or the tyre. This also leads to my losing no claim bonus from next year.

Also you want me to drive a car with different tyres from different manufacturers in all wheels.

Really alarmed.

Request a formal and proper explanation and remedy from competent authority. And how do i travel for the next few weeks as you have no tyres and the spare wheel cannot drive long.

Finally how do you plan to ensure the safety of the passengers with such unsuitable products.

Expecting a response soon, as i have yet to get one from the dealer of the work shop except verbal communication stated above.

Hi i have received a mail from your company and after few days one more mail came on my email address and they sent the prize and today they called and are asking for 23, 000 inr and saying that it is the clearence amount so plz tell me is it true and she is asking that if we don't pay the amount today then it will return plz reply fast and plz let me know that it is fraud or true if true then reply fast and fraud ten reply me urgent and they have offered from company rs 3 cr 60 lakh and a brand new bmw car with official papers plz reply as fast as possible

I hav taken bsi for 5 years. I had givn car to repair small light above driver seat in july and aug 2017 for small thing my car kept around 30 dys and givn back without work done and asked again 22/23 sept 17 to repair again that light and was said its 1 day work but after lot of followup i was committed car will b givn 29 sept then will b delivered 30 sept at home but not delivered nor informd and person in charge never pickup calls
I never expected this type of service from bmw.

I have purchased my bmw x1 chasis no. Wbahu1706h5j00537 from m/s infinity motors, navi mumbai, india, two months ago and i went for long drive on mumbai goa road first time.in span of 250 km drive two tyres went flat. I tried to contact toll free number four times in next 24 hours but no reply (22/8/2017).. Which they confirmed and apologised (What does it mean to bmw) i took assistance from show room boy (Mr. Vinay warrier). I was told its run flat and you can run 80 km without changing such tyre. I could run only 30 km and had to leave the vehicle at a police chowki. Next day the bmw service center people were contacted and they towed it to navi mumbai. They reported three tyres flat with wheels also out and needs to be changed and cost is 2.5 lac. My vehicle has insurance with five year warranty from bmw. They offered to put me in some schem still i have to pay 36000/- i had no option but to pay. Before picking up the vehicle they took from me in writing that vehicle is repaired satisfactorily. Had i refused, they were not to take the vehicle for repair (One can check the documents and dates). Later they noticed tyres were not available in india so need to be ordered from germany which took three week. While buying they said, if any road side failure... 24 hrs toll free assistance, pick up in 4 hrs anywhere in india, alternative vehicle till car is repaired, placing in 3/5 star till repair and if vehicle has warranty, every thing is covered. Literally every thing is failed... Merely like cheating from the dealer and servicing station.
I want the explanation for everything how can three tyres go flat with wheels damaged on 250 km mumbai goa national highway without any scratch on body of the vehicle... Was it mal-alighnment or manufacturing defect of tyre. Showroom informed me that there is no warranty on this tyre. Every domestic brand of tyre comes with warranty... How bmw tyre has no warranty at all?,
I expect as a customer, full enquiry in to the matter; refund of my payment for repair and the cost i spent on transport during repair period as i was not offered alternative vehicle while repair of mine.
